PGP CET - Eligibility

The eligibility Criteria for PGP-CET is given below:
Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Non-eligibility of Candidates:
The following candidates will not be eligible forapplying / appearing at PGP-CET / PGO-CET / PGASLP-CET / admission:

Educational Qualification:-
- A candidate, who has passed final B.P.Th./ B.O.Th./ B.A.S.L.P. examination from a recognized college/institute situated in Maharashtra, affiliated to Non-Agricultural Universities established under Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994 or the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998 after completing 6 months compulsory rotating internship will be eligible to appear for PGP-CET / PGO-CET / PGASLP-CET for the Postgraduate degree courses.
- A candidate who is undergoing rotating internship and who is likely to complete the same by 31st July of the year of CET can appear for PGP-CET / PGO-CET / PGASLP-CET.
- A candidate, who was admitted to the college / institute which is now affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) will be eligible till such time as he/she is awarded the degree by the University established under Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994.
- Candidates from Deemed University Colleges who have passed / will pass the finalB.P.Th./ B.O.Th./ B.A.S.L.P. Examination from conventional non-Agricultural Universities/ MUHS, Nashik only, will be eligible to appear for PGP-CET/ PGO-CET/ PGASLP-CET.
Non-eligibility of Candidates:
The following candidates will not be eligible forapplying / appearing at PGP-CET / PGO-CET / PGASLP-CET / admission:
- Candidates who have passed Final year B.P.Th./ B.O.Th./ B.A.S.L.P. exam from institute located outside Maharashtra.
- Candidates who are not completing internship on or before 31st July of the year of CET.
- Candidates who have obtained B.P.Th./ B.O.Th./ B.A.S.L.P. degree from Deemed University Colleges.
- Candidates who were admitted to and subsequently resigned / left a postgraduate seat.
- Candidates who were previously registered and are pursuing / have completed the PG degree course or have obtained PG degree
