Also known as physical therapy, the branch of medicine is dedicated towards setting people’s physical ailments and disorders right. Courses in Physiotherapy:There is a B.Sc degree in Physiotherapy, the duration of which ranges from 3 to 4 years with last six months of internship at a hospital.
A Diploma in Physiotherapy is on a short term basis and could last from three months to a year.
Eligibility:One should have completed a 10+2 with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks in each of the subjects. The candidate should be older than seventeen years.
To get into the BPT- Bachelor of Physiotherapy Course it is mandatory to clear the Common Entrance Test held by the institutes.
